We understand that parents and athletes can sometimes feel that they should keep their opinions to themselves for fear of retribution. For that reason, as well as to gather the most honest feedback we can, every couple of months, we send out an anonymous survey to our players AND parents to keep a pulse on whether the club is delivering on our promises. The feedback and constructive criticism provided is captured, interpreted, and used to create an action plan to address the feedback and improve the program. Then we distribute a scorecard with the scores, feedback, interpretation and action plans. It's more than just talk, we're here to deliver for both players and parents.
