Player development is important and so is team performance. Scouts don't go watch the 5th place game of the third division. Our team has to perform to provide the necessary visibility for our players to achieve their individual goals. Our Team Identity outlines the expectations of all players and the way we are building our team to be successful.
At DSPFC, we encourage the players to look inward for solutions, reflect on their performance and hold themselves accountable. By requiring every player to do the dirty work of defense, it makes everyone equal and encourages the concept of team.
